Title: Marketing Specialist / Proposal Coordinator
Job Location: Bowie, MD
Hours / Week: 40 / week Job Description: Lead identification and tracking; proposal development, and production; corporate communications support (e.g., website, company newsletter, external print materials); qualifications data management; teaming partner and competitor data management; trade show and conference material development and production; teaming partner relationship development and maintenance (new and existing).
Proficiency with MS Office Suite a must. Experience with SF330 and SF254/255 forms, Deltek CRM and Proposals or Deltek Vision, some graphics experience (using Adobe Photoshop), and marketing of geospatial services are all a plus.
Requires excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and composition as well as oral communication skills. This individual must possess strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills suitable to coordinate with our management, administrative staff, and outside firms to assure all marketing activities adhere to the standards of the company and specifications of the individual client.
Minimum Education: B.S. or B.A. degree
Major Field of Study: Marketing, English, or Journalism
Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education, and on-the-job performance working for a professional services organization.
